Does it help to plan? Are we reaching and benefiting from all our resources? At our school, we are constantly fighting the battle of finding the right resources, the best practices to reach OUR kids. What we need is a coach. Someone that is non-partisan, non-emotional, but driven to help us go in a direction that is going to best suit our students needs. Would we find this helpful? Yes. Does something like this exist? Not sure....So, the question...is there such an "outsource" that can provide mentoring that goes beyond whether or not I call on all 10 boys in my class. I want someone to research with me. I want someone to organize my year with me while providing intuitive detail and helpful criticism.
Thoughts? DO YOU have the answer?
